Hi, I'm Lesly, a 54-year-old mother of three adults and Nana to four wonderful grandchildren. I'm in the best shape of my life and have spent the last five years as a fitness instructor and certified nutrition coach. My journey to fitness started at 42, when I was initially overwhelmed and unsure about hitting the gym. Facing health issues like high cholesterol, poor circulation, and Hashimoto's thyroid disease, I knew I had to make a change. Through this process, I discovered what it truly means to live fully, rather than just existing.

Initially, I struggled with navigating the gym and managing my diet, but through trial and error, I learned that true wellness involves a balanced approach. I discovered that maintaining a healthy lifestyle is not about temporary diets but about embracing sustainable habits. My commitment to this philosophy led me to achieve notable success, including winning a fitness challenge organized by Dr. Jim Stoppani, former senior science editor for "Muscle and Fitness," "Muscle and Fitness Hers," and "Flex" magazines, and being a finalist in several of his other challenges. I am dedicated to guiding others towards a practical and effective path to improving their health.

Hello, I’m Halli, a 32-year-old mother of two young children. My journey to a healthier lifestyle began at a time when I was far from feeling my best. At 5’2” and 195 lbs, my self-confidence was at an all-time low, and I was exhausted from feeling unwell. My poor health stemmed from a diet of fast food, excessive soda consumption, and a lack of attention to nutrition labels.
At age 30, just 10 months after having my second child, I made the transformative decision to completely overhaul my lifestyle, and it’s a choice I’ve never regretted. Although the path was filled with ups and downs, I learned that examining and adjusting my diet and fitness routine was essential. Realizing that I alone held the power to control my health, I adopted a balanced approach: accurately measuring my food, understanding my caloric needs, engaging in home workouts, and occasionally enjoying a slice of holiday cake. As a result, I successfully lost 70 lbs within a year.
My guiding principle throughout this journey has been, “Consistency is more important than perfection.” I’ve embraced this mindset through every challenge, and now I’m dedicated to fostering a positive fitness community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
